1. PARTIES. This Agreement is between SableAssent Coin Corporation ("SableAssent," "we," "us"), a Wyoming LLC, and you ("Ambassador," "you").

2. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR. You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, or legal representative of SableAssent. You are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and business expenses. This is not a franchise agreement. You have no authority to bind SableAssent to any contract or obligation.

3. AMBASSADOR BENEFITS. As an active Ambassador, you receive: access to the SableAssent Command Center CRM; authorization to resell SableAssent Studios services and OurFrontDeskAI.com plans; approved marketing materials; Ada Studio clips for social media promotion; SableAssent Ambassador badge; priority access to new product launches; 10% pass-through SAC1 discount for your customers; and no-cost ongoing training inside SableAssent community groups.

4. MEMBERSHIP FEE. The monthly membership fee is $24.99 USD, or approximately $19.99 USD equivalent when paid in SAC1 tokens (20% discount). Fees are billed monthly. SAC1 token payments are subject to token value fluctuation. SAC1 is a utility token, not a security or investment vehicle.

5. FTC DISCLOSURE OBLIGATIONS. You MUST disclose your commercial relationship with SableAssent in ALL promotional content per FTC guidelines (16 CFR Part 255). Required disclosure: "I am a SableAssent Brand Ambassador. I receive a discounted monthly subscription in exchange for promoting SableAssent Studios and OurFrontDeskAI.com services."

6. MARKETING GUIDELINES. Use only approved marketing materials. Do not make false or misleading claims. Do not guarantee income or returns. Do not use spam or unsolicited communications. Comply with all applicable advertising laws and regulations.

7. SAC1 TOKEN. SAC1 is the native utility token of the SableAssent ecosystem, deployed on Polygon (contract: 0xedd666802003d178c416b4e5dd6a82f76c2c7554). SAC1 is a utility token, not a security or investment vehicle. Token value may fluctuate.

8. TERM AND TERMINATION. This agreement continues on a month-to-month basis. Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. SableAssent may suspend or terminate immediately for violations of this agreement.

9. NO INCOME GUARANTEE. SableAssent does not guarantee any income or earnings for Ambassadors. Your results depend on your effort, skill, and market conditions.

10. GOVERNING LAW. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
