1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SableAssent Coin Corporation's platforms, products, and services including SAC1 governance memberships, SAC1 token purchases, cross-border remittance services, and FrontDesk AI. You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction), must not be a resident of a sanctioned country (OFAC list), must not be a Politically Exposed Person (PEP) without completing enhanced due diligence, and must complete and maintain satisfactory KYC/AML verification. Entity accounts require authorized representative documentation.
1.2 Geographic Restrictions
SableAssent services are not available to persons in sanctioned jurisdictions. Any securities offering is limited to eligible investors as described in that offering's documents. Non-U.S. users may access ecosystem services subject to applicable local law.
2. SAC1 Token
SAC1 is a utility and governance token used within the SableAssent ecosystem for governance participation, remittance fee settlement, and ecosystem access. SAC1 has a fixed total supply of 600,000,000 tokens on Ethereum and Polygon. Any real-world-asset tranche or asset-specific security token will be offered separately, only under the exemption identified in that offering's documents, and only to eligible investors.
3. KYC/AML Compliance
All users must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) verification before purchasing tokens. This includes providing valid government-issued identification, proof of address, and biometric verification where required.
4. Risk Disclosure
Digital assets involve significant risk. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You may lose all or part of your investment. Token values are volatile and subject to market conditions, regulatory changes, and technological risks.
5. Remittance & Financial Services
Cross-border remittance services are subject to applicable money transmission regulations. Fees, exchange rates, and processing times apply. SableAssent reserves the right to reject, delay, or reverse transactions that fail compliance screening.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
